SM_HUD

Post by StefanMewa »

Originally I have made this hud just for myself but maybe someone else will like it too. If so, enjoy.

Health, ammo and armor goes like in Doom 64 and there are counters for each type of ammo with the colors that i find fitting.
Additionally on top corners there are kill, items and secrets counters both total and current.
Keys/skulls, berserk and backpack icons are self explanatory.

My goal was to contain every important info with a clean look.

Going for a minimalistic approach?

I like the idea, and I have just enough of a hint to figure out what numbers represent what.

Others might ask for indications as to point out what is what, just giving you a heads up.

Thanks for your input. I have implemented a little manual.

Holy crap this looks nice! So slick and functional. The colours might not thematically fit Doom's aesthetics but I can see this working so well in custom games!
