Microsoft appears to have released a newer version of another Update which was originally released a few days ago, but which can cause font rendering issues on Windows Vista. The new version may resolve this font problem on Vista, but if it doesn't, you can fix the fonts by uninstalling the update. Go to Windows Control Panel>Programs and Features>View installed updates, then enter KB3013455 in the Search box at the top right and uninstall the result. Note that uninstalling this update leaves your system exposed to a security vulnerability which can be readily exploited.
