Pinochestein 3D edición GL (Version 3 & definitive)

Post by Koto »

Hello people, I present my first wad which is based on a total conversion (of a total conversion)

Image

What’s this?

Pinochestein 3D edición GL (GL edition) is a total conversion of the original pinochestein 3D that tries to take the best advantage of the new features of ZDoom based ports through UDMF format mapping and lighting implemented by hardware acceleration through OpenGL (hence the name). This version not only improves lighting decorations, also fixes all of the maps to give a more Doom-ish style and a more futuristic touch according to the previous history of the game.

That's a nice question, Seriously. Long time ago i found a sprite sheet from Ghostbusters Doom, with the computer in fact, that pc was white and had an apple logo. I just recolored the pc and added "the blue windows screen of death".

I will try to find the sheet or it must be gone with my stolen laptop.

I gave this a go and I think it is pretty fun so far, Fear Factory music makes it even better :D .

EDIT: So far no major problems, and I think I could help you identify music for some levels.

I would download this but it seems like a risk to download something from a foreign website i would more recommend http://www.mediafire.com/ as it is commonly used by the doom community also i played the original and it was pretty fun

I didn't realize I had added it to an old build of Ghostbusters Doom. It certainly took me back.
