The shotgun feels a little hard to hit things at range with at the moment. Is that intentional to get a shotgun halfway between vanilla and BD? It seems to take 2 shots for a lot of weaker enemies unless you're within a few feet, since the spread is pretty high.

The problem with the shotgun extends to the chaingun as well, but it's not so much the spread that's the the problem as it's the lack of damage, which I failed to account for this in the previous previous balancing efforts.
Also, the problem with restoring monster HP, speed and so forth is this creates more balance issues. Headshots for examples do more damage, so if you bump back monster HPs, you either have to balance the headshots out and make them purely cosmetic or take them out altogether. Perhaps the cosmetic thing is something to look into as well. I'm gonna try these things and see what works best for the next version.
