A recurring issue is the fact that the skirt isn't one continuous surface which looks really silly.

Technically then this is not a skirt, but it is one continuous surface with a bunch of shit on it. (And so it's somewhat relevant to what I'm talking.)

noone's mentioned that one big problem with the sprite is that the trigger finger is about 2 inches away from where the trigger should be (unless the thumb ISNT hiding one of the fingers, in which case the middle finger isn't gripping properly and the trigger finger either 1) doesn't exist or 2) is in a terribly uncomfortable position)

while i don't think fixing the hand will solve all the problems, it'd definitely look a lot better i'm sure

it would be hella great if it's head was smaller, because of it's bubblehead-sized head, it looks like cartoony lil' bit.

Honestly, a lot of your designs seem incredibly noisy, raymoohawk. They just seem like big black blobs with white streaks unless you look at them up close, which isn't going to happen much in something like a first person shooter. The silhouettes help fight the problems with that, mind, but maybe it would be wiser to try do some cleaner designs that focus on details that won't melt into each other from a distance?

I agree with you friend, I know I did not have the trigger, :)
but did not give much importance,
well now here I show the version with trigger (excuse my hand glove and did not have the original now)

nothing personal, because your gun was pretty fuzzy and out of shade to me.

I actually quite like the noisy designs, it's not something you see very often with Doom sprites!
