[NEW PROJECT- HELP NEEDED] Doom II 20th Anniversary Remake

[NEW PROJECT- HELP NEEDED] Doom II 20th Anniversary Remake

The Concept: Take the original layouts of all 32 levels from Doom2 and re-texture/scale/new rooms/alternate exit them. Stock and custom textures.
-New Original soundtrack
-Increased difficulty
-Re-colored and re-defined versions of all classic enemies from Doom and Doom2
-Re-colored and re-defined versions of all guns and items
-Perhaps new weapons and enemies.

As of current levels were designed in vanilla. If reception is right, I would like to zdoom/gzdoom the levels as well.

Needing artists and musicians as well as level artists who are interested in this project. Heres what I''ve currently done.

Level 1 - Done
Level 5 - 70% complete

Oh hell yeah. I loooove remix packs.
I have a ton of music you can use. I'll send the link. Most of it is pretty metal but the songs by me are a little sludgier and not so castle doom shit. You can use it all, I'll post a link.
And your maps look sweet. I'm definitely interested. If I was better at mapping id say id do that too but I'm learning that I actually just suck at that.

Oh, And by the way I think I have someone who might be able to help us with our New Original Doom soundtrack he goes by the user name on youtube as TheWeekle. I also have a lot of Ideas for the mods we can use! Just Pm me.

Hell yeah I'm way down with that kind of set up.
That's ten maps each. My style is getting there. I've kinda become a detail obsessed ass lately but I'll give your maps a download and see if I can match it. Because from the screens they look gorgeous.

I don't think blood skull Is going to be joining us so I think It will just be me and you working on this. 15 maps each kind of like the plutonia experiment.

Heh, I was working on something like that on MAP02, but i gave up after trying to turn the tunnels into pipes and everything broke down horribly :p

I think me and rusty gold are gonna spearhead this.

But now...would you like a standard remix descent into hell (wonderful doom but doom 2?). I am in no way opposed to this (and I really want blood skulls maps so bad) but it's been done. In fact it's been done so many damn times lately I'm tying to avoid it and play other kind of maps until it works for me again.
OR! Would you like maps that resemble Valhalla (by Ed cripps) for the bases, possibly hellbound by z86, and hell that resembles hellground by eternal?
I wanna make it as vanilla as possible but I also want to realize a not overly detailed doom 2 but a "this is what they should've done and could've done if they had just spent longer on it" doom 2. The doom 2 we didn't get. The doom 2 that many have tried but fuckin failed miserably or started asking money to make (jab jab).

This will take the whole community but by god. We should make it. Zdoom forums realization of doom 2. WE CAN CONQUER THE FUCKING WORlD!

But uh....yeah. What do you guys think?
