Welcome to the forums. You should probably be aware that we generally don't like seeing old project threads get bumped just for people asking if there are updates.Mr. Bungle wrote:Hey, are there any news? An update was supposed to come out last december, and well, we're in april now

It's been established multiple times since last November that it was not likely to come out in December.Mr. Bungle wrote:Hey, are there any news? An update was supposed to come out last december, and well, we're in april now

I totally don't question that, and that's what makes the random bumps worse. It allures you into a false sense of confidence, and then, blam, all lies, soul crushed, world crumbles (this statement might be hyperbolic)
Or, in other words, what Scalliano said.
Although, thinking about it, the thread image preview thingy might probably change to a golden logo when it's actually out (makes sense to me given the "go for gold"). If not, I humbly suggest Kinsie to do that. That way we will know for sure!

The mod plays like a more intense, but also more frustrating version of Skulltag-survival. Pretty adicting, though.

Boy, I sure fucked that deadline up, huh.
I got back on the bike again recently, and we've been making a startling amount of progress with some massive changes under the hood courtesy of Ed's amazing ACS. Most of those changes will hopefully be invisible to you, except for a slightly improved FPS, cleaner innards, the vague possibility of Zandronum reasonably supporting this sometime in the next ten years, a shinier coat and healthy gums.
I've wanted to avoid saying much of anything until I had something new and cool to show, and today just such a thing got added. I'm not going to say much of anything about this new feature - I think a picture says it a lot better.
Hopefully some cool stuff comes out of it!

Some more stuff for that thing would be quite cool. After having played this for a total of like 10 hours, and having explored everything there is in the mod, I think it would be nice to get some new things for it.

Re: Reelism X3 (News p.77)
That you can! You'll need a little bit of ACS to add your slot to the proper playlist, but as you can see there's already working examples for you to use as a reference. I still need to add a system to display the slot number as an actual number (all the current slots have it baked into the graphic), which should be easy enough, and figure out a method for custom slot icons (which I'll try and figure out this weekend)Beed28 wrote:Wait a minute... we can add some custom reels now, much like custom bosses?!
