I'll be honest, I have no idea, since this does not include any of the maps, and I don't think the Saturn version had any exclusive content to begin with, outside of maybe an exclusive level or two and the hidden "Death Tank Zwei" minigame.Onslaught Six wrote:What's the difference between this and the PC versions?

I did a quick Google search, and it didn't take me long to find the answer.Onslaught Six wrote:What's the difference between this and the PC versions?
The fact that the Slave Driver engine was used instead of BUILD in the Saturn game baffles me.

Re: Duke Nukem 3D Saturn Weapons and Monsters Mod for ZDOOM
The developers thought it'd be easier and cheaper to "port" the games they ported to Saturn (Duke3D and Quake) to their own Saturn-native engine than it'd be to rewrite BUILD and Quake engines for the Saturn's fucked up hardware infrastructure.HavoX wrote:The fact that the Slave Driver engine was used instead of BUILD in the Saturn game baffles me.
It's hard to tell if they were right or wrong, it's kind of a close thing.
