Re: The New What Did You Last Do Thread
I have a cousin who was born on New Years, so his family could care less about him, unfortunately.

@Blox
That looks awesome!
Since I guess it fits in this thread too, cross-post from WIP thread:
Got flowing/growing blood pools and Duke3D styled bloody footprints working:

Or if you don't wish to venture into my pony-filled Tumblr, here are the images directly:

Oh wow. So, I kind of hope you win the contest, even if you already have the game, because that's awesome.Blox wrote:

Re: The New What Did You Last Do Thread
^^ Indeed it did, what makes it even easier is because of how my models are set up, you can define the size of the bloodsplat in pixels, which means you can get them to the exact size of Duke3D's bloodstains and footprints.
Terminus can use it if he wants to, I don't mind.
I've released it all as part of beta 1 of my mod, which you can find in the projects forum.

I upgraded my GPU to a sparkly, new, Radeon 7870. HOWEVER, I gotta wait 2 days to use it because of Christmas and stuff...

i've looked at the trailer of this game called Qube on Steam, and it looks interesting. since it's on sale, is it worth buying, or should i skip it?

It's actually not bad; there's a playable demo that'll give you a general idea of what its puzzles are like.Viscra Maelstrom wrote:i've looked at the trailer of this game called Qube on Steam, and it looks interesting. since it's on sale, is it worth buying, or should i skip it?

Been playing Risk of Rain.
This game is completely amazing and I can't get enough of it.
Hard as balls, mind you, but still completely amazing.

Re: The New What Did You Last Do Thread
I guess this gets posted here. Crosspost this remake of TNT Stats music I just finished from Doomworld.
Having developed amnesia following the events of TNT: Evilution, the marine lost all memory of the long battle against the demons.
Many years later, in his final moments, his life flashes before his eyes. He finds himself in MAP31: Pharaoh. It strikes him as familiar, but it is not until he sees the iconic pyramid that he remembers...
