This wad looks really awesome!! It just shocked me! :o :o
I can't believe that you did all of this work, it looks like an entire group of professional game developers did the entire mod! To me, the project really surprised me because the rate of the completion due to the one man project ( with help of others). From the looks of it, the size of the maps and the overall detail is just beautiful!
As I hate to say it, I might not be able to play the wad unless I get better hardware for my computer, but I will still consider playing this because of the amount of time, effort and dedication out into this. I really look forward to this project being complete and possibly even continue updating afterwards!
You should really keep working on the project, I've seen rarely anything like this! :D

Shot in question seems kinda flat, with only some objects and moody lighting for decoration. A more complex geometry (do something with the ceiling!) would help.

sorry for my late answer, i just noticed your message right now :3 !!

let me answer to this !!

"I can't believe that you did all of this work"

yes i did .. and thats a huge amounts of time spent into this .. so i hope the game will be good enough. :)

"From the looks of it, the size of the maps and the overall detail is just beautiful!"

Thank you very much! it's really apreciate !! :D i'm happy to hear that it's beautiful :)

for sur it will be completed, not anytime yet but probably like in 2015 i supose..
like you know, i'm alone on this minus some peoples doing the voices actings, and a good friend that is "jack101" that really helps me out with many things.
so sometime i feel depressed and i stop working for months.. it is one of the reason why this wad is in production since late 2011 i think.
also back in this time when mortila was at it's debut i had a computer crash that make lost half of the project ,so mortila was not suposed to exist anymore.
it is just after a couples of months i've founded that old copy of the files that wheres lost in half.
and i managed to make it revive from it's grave!

so thank you for following this project! and thats for anyone reading this , thank you very much !!
i hope my works will satisfy you all, i can be lazy sometimes but i will do my best! and if somethings wrong for now, i will fix this after the game will be finished :D.
there is so MANY things to change and fix it is completely incredible..
thank you again for your supports !!

Slightly off topic, but your hard drives seem to die a lot. I've had only one drive die recently. When I pulled it, it was very hot- the WD Black below it had cooked the electronics. Are you cooling your drives well enough, or are they just old?

Airflow, thermals, temperatures. You know how your computer has fans in it to keep the CPU, power supply, and other components cool? Hard drives like to be kept cool too. My main PC has two 120mm fans blowing over the drive cage, my server has a single 120mm and I recently retrofitted my dad's PC with a pair of 80mm fans. OIder cases provided no fan mounting and no airflow to the hard drives, and usually crammed them together too. They can get quite hot. The ones in my PC, on the other hand, run ice cold.
