I was expecting the shotgun to become sniper-accurate while aiming down the sights.

Nah, shotguns in spunkgargleweewee games are utterly worthless past a couple of feet regardless of whether or not you shove the stock of the weapon up your nose before firing.

My favorite part of this series is always "You're taking damage. Take cover!". lolol

After watching the video for part 3, I'd like to say how funny I find the ambush about fifteen minutes in. I just find it funny how weak the opposing force is,
paired with your delivery of the words "I survived the ambush, HQ." :)

Not-so-subtle product placement during emotional prison scene=quality

this may be a stupid question, but i noticed that view kind of tilts to either side when player looks around. is that a recording glitch, video postprocessing or is that somehow intentionally implemented? it's pretty cool, imho.

It's screen tearing, which is down to a lack of vsync on the video.

The best part is... after watching the video that shows everything that is in the map I still want to actually play it. Poe level = EXPERT

They're not as bad as ChubzDoomer makes it look like, but they do have these common traits, which bring the games' quality down significantly.

Just got 2 da toxin refinrry and there r some mission textures rite outside the door n some on the far wall.

using gzdoom
Same for me. It seems i can't get pass the ambush where i have to grab the chaingun ... as soon as i grab it i can't use it, change weapon or even get away from it and of course each time i get killed without being able to shot a single shot. If i don't go to the chaingun all my weapons are locked and i can't select them much less fire with them. Either ways i'm screwed each time i reach that point lol. The only way i did pass that point is to cheat a little with the "kill monsters" cheat, not really fun since it killed every single monsters of the map and of course spoiling my fun lol.

About the missing textures my guess is it might be because the textures are(or some of them) of a different format or size than the doom engine can handle.

Despise those little bugs it's fun to play and i hope there will be more because this episode was kinda short .

P.S. : Adding some QTEs was a great idea :D

He already clarified that you need to use Doom 1 to prevent missing textures.

If switching on pickup is disabled, you have to manually select the chaingun via the console.
