Re: Minigunner's Bucket of Hands (among other things)
Two updates:
1) Added various textures I posted in the Custom Textures thread.
2) Edited the M1911. I cleaned up and the rear area, and redid the hammer. As a note, when I first did these sprites, I did not have the hammer-cocked-back frame of the Duke64 pistol. I've had that frame for a while now, and I just decided to get to it.
3) Oh dear I can count. In all seriousness, this one isn't an update, just a notice that I got another sprite coming at some point.
EDIT: Irrelevant to #3, I posted some magic torches powered by gems (they have no flames atm, so yeah).

Hey Mini, I'm looking for something of yours: Perkristian's smooth Chaingun, edited so the base part spins smoothly as well. (Edit: I found the copies I have, but I still think you should post 'em too.)
Also, I think you did a Doom Shotgun edit with a shiny/round-looking barrel (on the idle frame, where it normally looks oddly flat).

Here. However, the ones commonly used are far better than these.
Anyways, I thought it'd be about time to update this thread after letting it die off while still doing spritework. Check OP, plenty of new stuff in it; also the shotgun with better lighting is in there as well.

I thought the "STAR**** texture made into brick walls" was kind of clever. Something new that was there all along!

Re: Minigunner's Bucket of Hands (among other things)
It's about damn time. A full year of limbo and I finally revived this thread. I got Mediafire Pro back when Dropbox made its fatal change in March, but given the sheer number of links, I never got around to fixing all of them until now. Needless to say, it's mostly the same, but I added a modified BFG flash as well as a couple Duke Nukem weapons that I did back when I was busy with that community instead. You'd have to be insane to use them as-is in Doom mods and make them work out, but they do serve a purpose as frankensprite material (as the other Duke stuff I uploaded before did).

Thank you Minigunner, I shall credit you for my usage of your materials. I better!

Re: Minigunner's Bucket of Hands (among other things)
Redid my previous smooth explosion, this time with no copy-paste hackery, instead making even more use of the cyberdemon death and applying between-frame morphing to the missing areas (thankfully there wasn't much). Sheet below:

Re: Minigunner's Bucket of Hands (among other things)
That does look a whole lot better!
Something I've been meaning to ask about for a while: Would you happen to have an ungloved version of the upprcut? (In palette & aspect.) I have a cheap edit I did, but only in an entirely different palette.
Speaking of palettes, I'll drop this off while I'm here:
Edit of the fire can, with yellow flames as in the original sprites.

Are these free for use in any project?
