Using 3d mid textures as polyobjects?

Post by ::Bloodfury:: »

Hi. I have known for a while that you can use 3d mid textures to create polyobject doors that lets say swing but they can have
empty space below or under the object. Say like a restroom doors. Could someone send me a example .wad to demonstrate
this? cuz I really have not managed to create this. Swinging doors in my mods are always attached to floor and ceilings.
and it would be extremely awesome to have doors that leave a small space below or on top of the object. thus creating
better and realistic illusion of a swinging door etc. :)
