It was in the boss monster resource wad, which I believe was packaged with the old monster resource wad, so it MIGHT be on realm667. If you want to actually see it in action, though, it makes a few appearances in Xaser's Zen Dynamics.
Keep in mind, I only mentioned it because its missiles had weird angle issues because of their length, too.

Gonna upload some misc stuff today as it's sheeted.

First up, a former human alt death anim. I think Cage David G did the base and I removed the upper body and replaced it with the ordinary gib one.

I have a few things that I think people might get some use out of.

I will likely be starting a project thread with the bulk of what I've recently done in it. Most of it is a bit tied up in them.

Some simple gradient-mapped variations of RSKY1, unpaletted (aside from the pallete I generated so it'd upload). I think they look awesome, but unfortunately not for software, from the looks of it.

EDIT: Two more, starry night and sunset/rise.

Damn dude, I thought this thread might have been dead. To my surprise, Funktasm is still making a ton of kickass material. I'd like to see this material used in some projects, be weapon mods or maps. Are you working on anything currently?

I'm loving the gib sprites and sky textures!

Angled weapons throw off my senses for the most part. It's not always the case, but sometimes I can't shake the feeling of "What am I aiming, at? The enemy's right in front of me, not to the left!" That doesn't make these sprites any less aesthetically pleasing to look at, it just gives me slight vertigo.

Perhaps you'd prefer angled sprites that are more towards the center of the screen yet still angled, sort of like CoD WaW? Or I guess just completely centered lol

There is one obvious problem with the sunrise sky - it is only 256 pixels wide. This means that it will tile 4 times in game and create 4 suns in the sky. If you make the texture 1024 wide (or 4x256 patches if you prefer) then it will only be shown once.

Wow, thanks for letting me know that. I'll have to piece something together for that. I don't think many doom mods take place in binary systems, let alone one with four suns.

I'm working with Uboa on an XCOM themed mod at the moment, as well as a few other projects that I have on a sort of backburner.

Some magazines, made using rotsprite. The STANAG is based on a photo, with the dropped sprite based on a Redneck Rampage one by Xatrix. The MP5 clip is based on the same. The 1911 magazine is based on both a Duke 3d and Resident Evil sprite.

EDIT:

And here's a "classic" AK series mag.

And further more, here are some AK74 mags. Bakelite! My favorite!

Pretty neat how you managed to get pretty clean rotations on all those mag sprites, despite the rotations being at many angles and somewhat small, really great job at maintaining the details
