Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
Animated PNGs will only show in Firefox and Opera. (Also Chrome if you use a plugin.)

Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
Made a firing animation for the line gun (minus the recoil).

Spoiler:I should probably point out that it's a screenshot I took in Blender of a model from a Aliens Vs. Predator. It can be found here (among other things):

so it's got a light weight, right?
it''s looks so uncomfortable for that poor little arm...

Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
It's not very heavy (at least in my head), but the recoil will be a b**ch I bet.
I tried using a different hand instead at first:
But it didn't look right.
Edit:
Hell yeah.

Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
It's certainly an interesting looking weapon. When I first saw it I thought that it was a Heretic/Hexen-like magical crossbow of some sort. The side blades look sharp, like it could double up as a melee weapon somehow.
Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
It's a neat idea but it seems entirely too large, unless you're planning on scaling down the HUD sprite in-game (which could be neat).

Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
hmm, overused, but acceptable for crossbow.
