Does anyone happen to have a decent yellow mana sprite for Hexen that fits the same art style and size? Right now I am just using the Blue mana sprites rotated 180 degrees and had the blue parts translated to yellow. I'll post a pic of what I got when I put it all in one sheet. I also prefer if the image doesn't have a palette but I will gladly take what I can get.
EDIT: My yellow mana I will also take other colors too if you have any.

Earlier in the thread I wrote...
Spoiler:Well, I decided to go ahead and see if I could make one myself.
Spoiler:It is based around some of the original mesh that I managed to extract from the game but a lot of it is my work. It's not finished - there are a few bits that still need to be tidied up and I haven't gone anywhere near the animations yet but so far, so good I think.

Does anyone happen to have the sprites that served as the base for this:
I mean just the sawed-off shotgun on its own, without all the stuff, hopefully animated? I've seen it in screenshots and I think I even played a mod with it a few years back, but I can't seem to find it...

Here's a kind of weird one: anyone have a city skybox with no background? I'm looking for just the buildings that'd make up a skybox, just with nothing in the image behind them.
Re: Resource Request thread *Read 1st post*
Hmm, have you tried deus ex/deus ex new vision?

For the record, be sure to drop credit to Scuba Steve for the original sprites (though the motion blurring / animation is my own addition).Blue Shadow wrote:You can find it in Xaser's Psychic mod.

I really liked that effect. If you don't mind me asking, how did you do it?
Re: Resource Request thread *Read 1st post*
There is certainly a night-time skyline with no sky behind it in Deus Ex. IIRC, the texture sizes in Deus Ex tend to be 128 or 256 so that's fine. However, IIRC, there are three skyline images in Deus Ex that match up against each other and loop back to the start. The images are 256 wide which makes the total sky length 768 long which doesn't fit particularly well with Doom skies (a 1024 wide sky wraps around once without repeating (a 512 sky rwice and the original 256 skies 4 times)). It depends what ZXD wants to do with them but I already have a zip of extracted Deuse Ex resources somewhere on my HD and I have the skies in that.Dynamo wrote:Hmm, have you tried deus ex/deus ex new vision?
Failing that, provided that you have a little skill with a paint program of some sort, it's actually not too difficult to get a picture of a city skyline, cut out the buildings and edit it so that it wraps around seamlessly. I've done it a few times in the past. I may even have some of the results somewhere if I start poking around in my backups.
