[SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!

That's already a fine animation, just add the flash as a final cherry on the cake - and make the flame progress from the bottom until it looks like that, flashes, and while still flashes the flames from the very bottom start to dissipate.
Which they will continue until it goes back to the idle state.

Maybe put a computer screen or a UAC logo there. Or a computer screen with a UAC logo.

I think I've got the fire animated rather well. There are more than a few off bits, but I don't think it's too big of a deal.

The metal definitely needs to be colored and lit by the flames.

to be honest it's a little too red now, it kinda looks more "real" now but I think it lost a bit of its charm. Might just be me though, but I'd suggest toning it down a little bit.

I would only tone it down for some of the frames, so that it flickers as the flames move.
