Grenade Launcher completed. This is a DE-replacement for the Skulltag weapon. Unlike ST however, it's intended to be CTF-oriented in defense. It will fire concussive/shock grenades that will not only damage the enemy, but slow down their movement for 3 seconds, allowing for better recovering of the flag.
You may use these sprites if you wish, as DE won't be ST compatible for a long while to come, given how far back the ST code is compared to the current one.

Welp. Now Eriguns.wad is gonna have 3 weapons stacked on slot 5... 
Cool stuff, though. I'd probably protest the slower-movement thing though, since I'd imagine that would be nothing less than incredibly annoying in DM. If you're looking for a concussive/kinetic effect, I'd opt instead for an A_Blast call that thrusts enemies really far back. Would introduce a lot more "GTFO" factor.
