Brütal Doom v0.18

Ignore the poster before me. That looks pretty rad... if totally unrealistic. Which makes it more fitting. :P

Could it hurt to be appreciative of someone's work before telling 'em what "should" be changed? I wouldn't have made a big deal about it, 'cept you sure seem to do this a lot (e.g. the BFG on the previous page).

Yeah, really, I mean I understand that you want things to look better, but it couldn't hurt to elaborate more on what's actually good about the thing in question before you start dumping on it.

Well, nice to have my feelings considered and thanks for the comments, I can't argue with sams feedback I guess it's not realistic. In a way though I feel it doesn't matter personally- how realistic is Doom in general? Some 50mph running, roid rage Marine in space bursting monsters/demons with his bare hands.

If he's so strong he can splash punch a guy he can hold him up by his jawbone too in my humble opinion lol

I love it still because it's not bogged down in realism

Like I said though I appreciate the feedback. Edit: In case I wasn't clear I feel it could be better for sure. Just that better and more realistic are two different things to me.

Can you please re-upload the picture? That one has been raped by XWE's palette converter.

Hey all.
brutal doom is my favorite mod EVER. I would like to show my ideas for alternative fatality in this mod.
Alternative fatality for arch-vile. - Player hits him in the stomach, and he falls to his knees, and then the player puts his fingers into eyes.

for arachnotron: doomguy jumps and falls on his brain with such strength that smashes it to pieces.

mancubus: doomguy pulls out his flame cannon, and mancubus slowly burns (flames fly out of the place where then have flame cannon.

Baron of Hell: Baron of Hell throws the player and stumbles, they both fall (player and the back, Baron at the stomach) player kicks him in the face, stands up and pulls his head with the spine.

I hope you like my ideas.
if I made some mistakes I apologize, but my English is not the master.
Greetings from Poland.

I guess my post got passed over because it was the last post on the previous page... but does anyone else go "Out of Sync" a lot with this mod in multiplayer?

I'm loving this latest version so far! However, I think that jumping sound could go, seems a bit out of place.

If you perform a Fatality on an Elevator it is possible to get stuck inside the ceiling where you can't move. Noclip easily fixes it but I thought I would mention it

Sometimes while there's blood dripping down from the bottom of a door while it's open, a strange glitch shows up...
The blood drops occasionally just freeze in mid air. Not exactly sure when it happens.

Nitpick: If you rip a shotgun guy with a chainsaw, the lower part cannot be ripped by any weapon.
