I have a suggestion, how about dynamic lights for the projectiles? I watched your videos and I see that none of the explosions/laser effects has dynamic lighting. That would be a really good vision on GZDoom. :P

As long as there isn't a dynamic light on every single projectile. That would completely kill my computer.

Not really in all projectiles, just the ones that technically makes light, like the laser guns and explosions.

Lightings you say? Well, I thought about it veeeery long time ago, but still didn't managed to do them. Why? Because I'm too damn lazy, and making gldefs is extremely boring for me. :blergh:

Also, I tried to do some multiplayer tests with my friend. We tried both classic method and with doom connector. Even when we downloaded newest gzdoom, used the identical files (we even shared iwads to make damn sure it will work!) it still says there's uneven version of gzdoom's or something. Even without any mod, just using pure doom2. I'll try someday to catch a screenshot of it. I don't remember circumstances of it too well now.

Are either of you autoloading anything? That could be part of the problem.

So, any predictions for a release or beta?Cause i've been thinking alot on it.
And if you hadn't already, try putting some quotes from Nikolai such as 'Zombicht', 'Tiny zombies...in my vodka' and so it goes on.

If there were, you would think that the thread creator would have posted about it, RIGHT?

That's the thing about thinking, it's usually wise to do so before you do things.

It's not just you. I really hope we can teach him that necrobumping is BAD.

To ommit any unneccessary hype, I decided to release public beta without any warning. Grab it on 1st page!
