I'm 99% sure that these already exist in some form - could someone kindly link me to them?

Whoops. I read the thread title as "Unmodified Zombieman, Shotgunner, Chaingunner" and laughed out loud for a solid minute. Very nearly posted something to continue the snarkiness, too. That would've been fun.

If they don't exist, I think they shouldn't be hard for someone to make them. They just need the blood to be edited out and some facial cleaning.

I believe you can find these sprites in the mutiny.wad by Woolie Wool.

Hmm, I'm looking for a specific set of the sprites - someone made a zombieman with the Doomguy's armor and brown hair, making him look human and unzombified. The old human resource wad and Diaz have something similar but he has a jacket on instead of armor.
I can't for the life of me remember where I saw this. Help will be appreciated.

Base II, Skulltag?

I'm out of the loop as far as Skulltag is concerned. Last time I checked, the Base II skin was a regular Doom marine but with brown shoulder pads. Has it been changed?

Hate to nitpick, but he doesn't have the zombieman's head.
I'm pretty sure a spriteset like that exists somewhere.

Yes, I recall seeing that too. It's in one weapons/monsters mod that was played on Skulltag/ZDaemon a long time ago. I remember the HUD being made of SPfaces, the pistol being replaced by a Minigun, and most of the monsters being replaced by powerful marines that would drop a blue lost soul upon death.
Unfortunately I can't remember how this mod was called. I do have it in my HD, but since my skulltag folder is 26 GB I'll never find it. If someone knows of it and tells me the filename, I can give it to you.
