[v1.0]Extremely Simple Decorate-Only Blood

Inspired by Particle Fire Enhancer (http://forum.zdoom.org/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=28547) and [SM] Multi-Purpose Mod (Skulltag only) (http://shdwmvrks.forumclan.net/t198-sm- ... e-uploaded) comes a simple blood mod that you are free to use in any of your projects. It only uses resources found in Doom II and ZDoom's pk3 so the WAD size is pretty small. Additionally, it only replaces the 'Blood' actor so it should be compatible with almost anything. However, this utilizes the sprite 'POB2A0' which is a Doom II/Final Doom resource so if you plan on playing this with The Ultimate Doom, the blood will not make a small pool on the floor. Looks great in the software renderer!

This is pretty cool, it's good to see a novel blood mod. It's quite nice with it's translucency. A couple of suggestions: is it possible to give different monsters different colored blood (blue caco/green baron/black spectre)? And what about gibs, do you have any plans for a big blood explosion/fountain of blood when monsters are gibbed?

Oh yeah, definitely. Although the aim of this mod was to only replace the blood actor, I could release a separate wad that can change 'em. And yeah, I'm trying to get creative with the default Doom resources to achieve good-looking gibbing sequences for the monsters. Glad you liked it.
