I love this Wad, thanks for posting it. I found a bug I feel I should report. It is in the Secret level episode 1, in the room where there are two Knights. If you open the secret wall in the room (I think it needs to be opened before the one from the other side), the graphic is missing. **EDIT** After playing the original, I realize that secret shouldn't be able to open before the one on the other side. Here are some images.

There seems to be some graphics missing at the end of episode 1, when you run outside. And I'm sure this has been reported, but if you shoot the outside (grass and sky) at the end of episode 1, BJ just runs in place.
excellent conversion.

That's weird I'm trying this right now and it don't happen to me! Anyway here's a new link, with the updated ACS code made by AFAdoomer using my method for detecting if a polyobject is trying to move outside of the map. I've also included a compiled version of zdoom with Gez's A_WolfAttack patch and of course the updated version of enemies.txt made by AFAdoomer including the A_WolfAttack function.I love this Wad, thanks for posting it. I've been kind of out of the loop lately but I will definitely check this out.
Thanks for the effort, this should be good.

I've just finished some work on my Spear Resurrection TC using AFAdoomer's Wolfenstein 3D TC.
It's available here:

Re: Wolfenstein 3D TC (Status Update, p. 54)
I didn't know you'd made the Spear Resurrection mod Gilles.
Now I won't have to use DosBox. And the engine has a nice smooth over effect you can use for low grade textures. I promise if I play it I will make comments (unfortunately if, got hooked on the MMO Battlestar Galactica Online). Possibly a few bugs in there. I did play the first few levels of the original anyway so I basically know what to expect. Again redundant, but thank you for the effort.

Re: Wolfenstein 3D TC (Status Update, p. 54)
I'm glad to see this mod holding up after all this time. I went through it again and noticed a few inconsistencies and bugs, so I took the liberty of doing some housekeeping with the enemies.txt. It turns out the enemy movement in Wolf3D wasn't one fluid motion, but rather a bit of a stuttered one, where every other frame is a bit shorter than the one before it. I went ahead and applied that to the enemies, as well as fixing some goofed up animations and whatnot. They should behave a little closer to their original counterparts now.
The knife still looks like it's not stabbing out far enough if you ask me, but I won't bother that for now.

Re: Wolfenstein 3D TC (Status Update, p. 54)
It'd be nice if the enemies had various obituary messages instead of the same ol' "B.J. was killed by _____" that almost all of them have.
Alive!
Oh my, almost year have passed since my first release. I'm not forgot about my project, but it was hard times in my life... Now, thanks God, everything is OK, so I can calmly continue. Okay, without further ado, what's done in last month (number equals № of demo screenshot):
(+) All secrets are hidden in all maps (1)
(+) Soft depth fogging. Not so dark and not so bright, good for eyes (2)
(+) HUD redrawn completely, little fix for 16:9 monitors (1-4)
(+) Every ceiling on Wolf/SOD have unique texture! As in past, colors are stylized as in classic game
(+) New high quality chaingun! Rendered from 3D model with soft spinning animation (4)
(+) HD graphics for menu backgrounds, episode names, etc.. Unfinished, but almost done
(+) Sidewalls of key / exit door now have own textures (2)
(+) Some models renewed for better quality and soft shadows below them (3, 4)
(+) Released idea with replacing water pool sprite. Look at (5) screenshot, right pool - there is a little reflection :)
(+) Some more interesting things, that I don't like to share now
Screenshots:

A little demonstation on Youtube of new chaingun and unfinished menu graphics (there is a glitch with chaingun rotation -- this is youtube glitch, in game everything looks correct with soft animation): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=80HMmJnzGFg
Btw., game work very softly on 1920:1080 resolution on my "25 monitor (Intel Core2Duo @ 2.8 GHz, 2 Gb RAM, NVidia GeForce 9400 GT, really not modern PC). I'm also planing to check performance on my Lenovo S10-3c netbook and some older PC, but this is not interesting for now.
I can't tell anything about release date, there is still much work, and I wish I have more free time.
So, let's think that my post is something like "up" for this topic :)

The highres menu looks INCREDIBLE. Just check the episode selection screen, that's totally epic! Like an official remake by id...
Re: Wolfenstein 3D TC (Status Update, p. 54)
I was wondering about the progress in the SVN repository: http://www.afadoomer.com/wolf3d/svn/
Is this functional, and can someone supply a zipped build of this, or should I just download all the files? Something like tortoiseSVN for that?
I'm guessing the new .exe modifications are required for the specific Wolf data files to load, or is a ZDoom SVN ok for that?
