Been cleaning up the hud a little, what do you guys think?
1) Health. Background reflects player color.
2) Sanity (Only drawn for murderer). Will slowly deplete towards the center over time, once empty. Game over!
3) Remaining Stimpacks.
4) Inventory. Selected items are represented by a white glow.
5) Currently selected inventory.
6) Ammunition (Top: Reserve, Bottom: Loaded)
Later, I'll have some sort of indicator for how long you're stunned for after a melee hit.

A little WIP on a new map.
Medium sized map set in a rocky backwoods area riddled with caves. Complete with a small two-story cabin! (Or at least it will when I finish it)
Players can hide in tall grass, located under those fancy light-shafts.
TheMisterCat also has a little something in the works, but I'll leave it to his discretion on releasing that info.

I have a question about the hud. Can you raise your sanity, or is the loss permanent?

If I remember correctly, Sanity is for the Murderer only, and drops steadily the longer he goes without killing another player. It refills if the Murderer kills someone (I seem to recall it fills more if you kill a player with the Knife instead of another weapon?).Killar wrote:I have a question about the hud. The murderer also gets some sanity when he takes damage from other players.

We are currently looking for testers for the latest version of WDI up until it's next release. Testing will cover gamelogic, game balance, map flow, and all that jazz.
If you sign up as a tester, you MUST:
As testers, you will be prone to... surprises that the devs like to slip into the pk3 from time to time. So don't be shocked by alarming amounts of annoying musical easter eggs and what not.

If you sign up as a tester, you MUST:
- Have English as your primary language. We can't have any of this "JAJAJA Yo hablo español así que usted puede chupar la polla!" bullshit.
- You have to report bugs. This isn't a free pass to play the newest of the new; You're there to fill the space that our team cannot.
- COMMUNICATE. We'll have an IRC channel just for you, don't idle in it like you do in #Skulltag all day.
- Be AVAILABLE. We'll set up specific testing times, but don't make some excuse about how you lost your leg in a car wreck so you can go play AoW2.
- Do NOT release the files we send you. You may, however, release videos and screenshots if you like.
