MY favourite is the energy cannon, followed by the Enigma.

Hot damn! That is the sexiest bunch of weapons I've ever seen!
(When exactly are you planning to release these...?)

Not at the moment :P Thanks for inadvertently reminding me to include pickup sprites this time around though :DGhastly_dragon wrote:Does that Magma Cannon have a pickup sprite? :D
Not sure yet. :) I plan to include uh...a sizeable amount of new, original weapons along with some upgraded older ones though :)jimmy91 wrote:(When exactly are you planning to release these...?) :P

You just bumped an almost one-year-old topic. This is against the rules in basically every forum ever. I wouldn't do it again if I were you. Always check the dates before posting.Reactor wrote:Hm. When willl the Works Vol. 2 be released, Marty? I can't wait...

Re: [Weapons] Marty Kirra's Stuff
Sorry, I didn't mean to bump such an old thread...I just had a feeling that Marty Kirra haven't developed his "The Works vol. 2", at least I could not find them on Skulltag, Realm667, or any other site for that matter. So it's now cancelled or the work is still in progress? I'm just curious...

Re: [Weapons] Marty Kirra's Stuff
It's still in progress. Marty's alive, but sneaky about it.
FYI: Bumping in general isn't frowned upon, so long as the bump actually contains something useful and relevant. Bumping just to ask if x or y is done is generally bad form, considering that if they haven't bumped the thread themselves, then chances are there hasn't been any progress on it. Send 'em a PM next time.

While I doubt it has been, I'd like to take the opportunity of this topic being bumped already to ask if the Magma Cannon has a pickup sprite, yet. It would be awesome to put that on a marine skin.

Re: [Weapons] Marty Kirra's Stuff
Basically this. I've done some work here and there but nothing too substantial. I'm typically always online (in one form or another), so if you have any questions about anything I'm involved in I'd be more than happy to answer them.Xaser wrote:It's still in progress. The Works Vol. 2 will be released eventually. Nothing is set in stone, though. :)
I haven't actually made any pick-up sprites...I think that's something I should probably note, seeing as I didn't include any in Vol. 1. :PGhastly_dragon wrote:While I doubt it has been, I'd like to take the opportunity of this topic being bumped already to ask if the Magma Cannon has a pickup sprite, yet. Re: [Weapons] Marty Kirra's Stuff
Very well Marty It would be really sad if all your efforts would go down the drainpipe...you put way too many work on these weapons, and I like'em ver' much indeed!
It's really not THAT urgent, so take your time, and make sure to double-check all the frames whether or not there is an error somewhere. Creating the pickup sprites is the easiest part - being a game developer, I know this
All in all, I am happy that your project have not been cancelled

Here's a bit of an odd update I'm sure no one is expecting. Here are two zombie variants I did for WWHC-XM and Agent Hernandez. The female zombie in particular was done before the one on the bestiary was put out, but this is my personal take on it. Enjoy!

Well Marty, you distrubute RARs, but at least there's no Thumbs.db this time. So I'll forgive you.
Now I have to decide if I want to update my one mod with your version or not. Although it still wouldn't make the credits for that monster much shorter.

Crap, I did notice that I have both a .rar and .zip in the same post. If it's really that much of a bother I can reupload the .rar as a .zip.
