If the photon 'zooka is supposed to somehow use photons to propel its payload, it could start a bit faster to begin with.
But also, it should be blue rather than green.
Don't forget to tag the weapons to give them their colorful hacx names, too; at the moment they just use the Doom weapon names.

I thought that was what semi-auto meant... fires as fast as you pull the trigger (or press the button, in this case).

If you don't want the pistol to be true semi-auto, you could make it seem more natural by adding a random 1-tic delay to the Fire state to make the fire rate slightly randomized. For example, see ICD-SE.wad or the Magnum in my own wwhc-di.wad.

Lol, you should ditch the tazer graphics. Nobody is pleased with anything. Its like we are being paid to change things up! My style doesn't fit around here (honestly) so I think I am done contributing to anything else. And its annoying (but I am not mad or anything), knowing that the content I make for anything is just going to be altered to suit someone else's tastes.... sorry for the negativity, no harm meant.
Edit: Get the guy who did the guns in Stronghold to redo the guns, that way you won't have to listen to as many debates, lol.
(No I am not being sarcastic).

...Only one person said anything about them, though.
Also, all it needs is a little touching so there's less contrast for the grey parts. Everything else is better than before.

I also mentioned that the outlines were a bit conspicuous, but I do like them.XutaWoo wrote:...Only one person said anything about them, though.

I also like them, but I was thinking they were out of place because they looked better than other guns, though the style is a bit different.

You're being awfully negative lately. What's the problem?JustinC wrote:Lol, you should ditch the tazer graphics. Nobody is pleased with anything

Re: Hacx 2.0 -- Now in Development!
I've noticed this as well, I'm guessing you hand draw your stuff? I dunno, it seems that way to me, nonetheless all of your sprites have impressed me regardless of style. Would it be too difficult to tweak your style only slightly to avoid the common issues people bring up. the only problem with the tazer is the outlines on the sprite, but even then it's a huge improvement above the old. Criticism can be a good thing, I like your sprites, and I'm sure many other people do too, so...it's not that anyone is not pleased.JustinC wrote:Lol, you should ditch the tazer graphics. I wouldn't give up, and although you say the post isn't negative, it really does have a strong air of negativity.

This. Also note that the old Taser graphics were a bit unpolished looking, the new ones have a lot more detail. (I happen to like the lack of symmetry, especially.)Damage wrote:[...] nonetheless all of your sprites have impressed me regardless of style.
