Trooper 077 has had a bad history in this thread. Remember when he asked if I could add a cover system? Yeah. Those sorts of suggestions do not help the development of the mod and only clutter the thread, which pisses me off because when I see new posts in this thread I kind of expect to see stuff that I'd be able to actually make use of, such as constructive criticism, pointers toward good free resources that I could replace the assault rifle with for example, voice actors volunteering to replace enemy sounds, etc.

Sorry I haven't been able to get in any recordings done for you. I'll try to get in some voice recordings this month. It's just been pretty busy in school recently.

[edit] Also, any German-speaking users want to volunteer to be voice actors for the German snipers? I forgot to mention I needed them.

I recorded some guard sounds, just in the process of converting them. Not sure if my voice is good though, I'll let you be the judge of that. :lol:

I've tested a lot. If you need a good list of things that need tweaking through a playthrough I can help. Though I focus on the little details and asthetics a lot.

I may be in touch with you when the mod actually needs more testing - as of now it's a bit broken as I'm in the middle of recoding pieces of it (such as the new A_SetPitch recoil).

You know ever since i saw this, I've really been wondering "what exactly is this new version going to bring to the table?" Version 1 was sorta the beta, and then 2 was sort of a bugfix/balance with some more weapons, so that leaves me and others wondering... what exactly is this going to do to change the diaz universe?

what are some of the things that are gameplay specific that will change? (and yes, i've read the front page)

The universe and backstory are remaining the same. As of now, though, my primary concern is fixing the long-standing bugs, improving the crappy weapons with new resources, and attempting to eliminate any graphics and sounds I culled from commercial/unauthorized sources.
