Because the other five minutes are taken up by the intro and credits. TASVideos only counts the actual game and input time; usually TAS recordings are stopped (i.e. no more input being recorded) when the game is complete.

Did you watch the video? Most speedruns include cutscenes and such in the video, which do not affect the time for the run.

I know, I skipped to 5:47 and saw it was won there... Isn't it kind of useless to include all the ending stuff in a speedrun video?
