So, that's why I suggested the morphme command.

Also, your health doesn't reset back where it was when you come out of being a chicken, and your armor doesn't change either.
Might want to classify that as a bug or an awkward feature. :)

Oh, and the pit trap from Rise of the Triad? What's the point of that? And why does something with no explosives explode when it dies?

Oh, and armor/health, can it ever go above 500?
And are there any absorption armor type things left? I found a megasphere replacement and it gave me a life seed.
I'm getting tired of having to hurt myself just to collect items. :)
Well, it's called a spycrab. It's a long time running gag there actually.

As for the health thing, that's normal. You lose all of your armor, but you go back to full health (unless you pick up one of those soul spheres).

Yeah, giant killer bunnies...well jackelopes actually.

And as for that spinning blades, I just threw that one in there for laughs. And it explodes because there's no death frames, and I couldn't just have it disappear when it dies.

There are absorption armors, but it doesn't always appear. Sometimes you'll get 500 health. Other times you'll get 400 absorption armor. And still other times...

Oh, and I wasn't hallucinating when the necromantic bonestaff raised an arch-vile class enemy, right?
Oh, and the spinning floor blade was funny. When I first saw it come towards me, I thought it was a new slime monster. :)
Then it tried to slice my face off.

Oh, I have to say the dice, they are rare, only found one so far, but they look interesting. Let's hope it doesn't act like the Deck of Hazards and spam Plagues at me. Stupid Neverwinter Nights.

Othertimes I get the mega soul sphere? Or whatever that was. I picked something up and it said mega or something soul sphere.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if I stumbled across some really weird thing. Already found the Guardian head, dual rocket launchers, dual superfast nailguns, sticky mines, the weird black mine thing, the descent gold and Red mines, which made me almost fall over laughing at seeing them, etc.

Really, what next, Mega Missiles? Homing missiles? The Thief robot from Descent 2? Headcrabs? This mod is so awesome now. Oooh, I know, Mario and Luigi?
Bomb-obombs? Shadow Warrior himself? How about Stormbringer? "Stormbringer hits you, you have been heavily stunned." I can honestly say I will be surprised if I don't slip into a coma from laughing at all the new things I've seen so far.
Combine, jackalopes, spikes, etc. Little tiny people
I'm not going to be surprised by anything here.

You can't modify it. It's most useful if you have say... 2 health, and you desperately need a way to gain more hp, let yourself get morphed. Youll get up to 30 hp, and if you can peck the fucker to death and let it expire in case if you have no anti-chickenator, then you'll get 200+ hp back. Voila.

Yes. There's a couple of absorption types, but you have to find the right ones.

Yup. You can raise most, but not actual arch-viles themselves.

Managed to get my first video of Æod 5 Up! Not the greatest, but i'm still learning the ropes at the minute.

It's kind of funny, i planned to do another "Mystery Boss" with Barbrus, but he came up here. So that's one gone. :oops: I just want to do two Wolfendoom one's before i do more Æod.

Question though, will the Summon symbol not work if you throw it too close to an enemy? (You see i throw it near Barbrus, but it doesn't call anything.)

The summon symbol is based on the dark servant from Hexen. If there's not enough room to spawn the Heresiarch, it does nothing and you can pick up the item again.

I am confused now. Because I got morphed into a chicken and there was plenty of time for monsters to kill me. However, apparently God Mode, I.e. IDDQD allows for the Chicken to survive.

It's that way in Heretic anyway, and I think you can be morphed into a pig by a reflected shot in Hexen.
If it turns off God Mode, it apparently is broken. :)

Unless I really got confused by what you mean.
Also, are you saying the morphme command doesn't work when you're a chicken? Because I was certain that the whole point of the morphme command in the console was to turn you into a chicken/pig and back again.

Anyway, the less things that do more damage than small nukes the better. I'm wondering, since the new Quietis has a disintegrate attack, does that mean that the Dark Mage staff will do that too?

You got lost. Pentagram of Protection PREVENTS you from being morphed with it on, while God mode provides no anti-morph ability.

Really, read the readme file. You can roll up to 3 at once.

...PD doesn't teleport, she drops bob-ombs and shot nasty fireballs, lightning, and PK fire at you. She's a worthless bitch and I'm glad she's gone.

It's called dark flame staff. Or better, the "staff of the darkness flame" with it's own little backstory.

Yea, I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but...
After downloading both the pk3 and that data file, and loading them using zdl, with the data file following the main file, I get a fatal error. When I loaded the data file all on its own, of course I got a bunch of missing stuff, but it actually loaded. Not sure what could be the problem with the pk3, it just doesn't seem to load, with zdl at least.

I mean, as soon as zdoom starts up, before it even begins to load any of the files within, it just has a fatal error.

(And yes, I am using the latest svn)

You need the aeod.pk3 file, it's vital. See a page or two back on how to fix this.

I promise I will only mention things from now on that are important.
I love the game though. I like how you've done it. It's very impressive.

I'll keep playing more and more of it.
And sorry that Mario drives you up the wall.
