not HeXen or Heretic sprites, however edits of these weapons are fine.

You could maybe use the Blood hands, they're kind of gaunt and aren't really that hairy at all.

But those are not viewed from a first-person perspective. They'd really only be useful as pickup items.

The Hexen Mage's hands might work, they'd need some smoothing probably as they're more gaunt and veiny than feminine.

As far as weapons, any kind of staff weapon that doesn't even show the hand would be fine. Check Eriance's thread for some nice looking magical weaponry.
