The purpose of ZDoom never was, nor will ever be to improve the graphics.

And what 386? I have an Athlon-FX 51 with 1.5GB RAM and a new FireGL in this room as I type, you phag. And comparing an 8-Bit SW-mode port to an Open-GL one that was based on a relatively newer engine to begin with isn't very fair is it? Of course, STILL, ZDoom whoops your GL-shitQuake.

What's funny is that this retard isn't even using the best Quake port available. You could at least try Tenebrae, dick-face. We're using the best non-GL port (and possibly the best port, period) for Doom, whereas you haven't even gotten past GLQuake yet. Idiotic n00b.

As for the GFX card I never said it was a good gaming card, because that's the card my dad uses for work, dumbass. I have a Radeon 9600 and I'm getting a better one soon if I feel like spending the money.
