[r (Any revision)] Pullin doesn't work in-game

Even though the wiki says so, Zdoom tells me in the console that I can't -pullin a .wad file while playing the game itself.

Why?

Because someone made a mistake. it happens. And you know what? That's the joys of a wiki! Something is wrong? You can change it!

Pullin is more supposed to be a console variant of the -file switch. I think it's used in the autoexec or something or whatever, but beyond that, it would probably require some sort of reworking of the resource manager to actually ALLOW it in the first place.

Then there's other complications...
