Just some small things from the new cellphone game. I don't know any cheats or file formats, so this is just a start. Also, the sprites themselves usually aren't quite Doom-mod quality. Hope it helps give some form of visual inspiration, though.

This is a nice start. The engine is definitely not Doom, making reverse engineering difficult, so I wouldn't worry about ripping everything.

How did you rip this anyway? Emulation or a capture card of some kind?

I used a official phone emulator by Sun Microsystems called PhoneME, and took screenshots and messed with those until I had something usable.

I was able to directly rip all the 2D HUD/UI elements from the game today (they were just PNGs smooshed into one file), but stuff in the 3D viewport is out of my reach. But here they are!

the origional doom-rpg stuck with more the doom3 like style.
but they still weren't perfect.

So I figured out the cheat code, found a test map, and ran around it and the first level with noclip and walls and AI turned off. Here's some of the results:

Not pictured: The scientist player character, VIOS, NPCs. Also, some of these enemies don't have shadows because the test stage had no sky, so the shadow blended into the darkness.

From left to right:
Arch-Vile: You know him, you hate him.
Sawnobite: Basically an Imp that's dropped the whole fireballs thing in favor of a bloody big chainsaw. Very resistant to chainsaw damage.
Major Morgan: One of the three playable characters.
Pinkinator: The mother pinky. Attacks by shooting baron fireballs and occasionally spewing out a squad of Pinkies around it's room.
Sgt. Blazkowicz: One of the three playable characters, and the same old Doom Guy we know and love.
Sentry Bot: Guards some rooms, but can be picked up by hacking terminals and remote controlled. Comes in "shooting" and "exploding" flavors.
Watcher: Stupid floating flesh thing. Doesn't appear enough or do anything interesting enough to register some form of interest.
Zombie Tech: The lowest rung on the monster ladder. It throws green goo at you, and dies upon being hit with anything harder than a light breeze.

And in the other post,

Harbinger of Doom: The end boss of Wolfenstein RPG. A horrible creature summoned up from the pits of hell. Takes on a Spear Of Destiny-wielding Blazkowicz and loses an arm and various vital body parts, and gains a serious grudge. And now you know why E2M8 was so hard when you first played it.

Let's compare this to the one me and my brother made. To be totally honest, I think we did a much better job, although our sprite isn't perfect either...
