I just tested this for a little while and made it to the second hub batch. I really like what i have played so far but there is one thing that really bugs me. Ive only used the fighter so im not sure if its the same with everyone.

When you use the fist, it essentially makes you invincible and reflects projectiles. This is all nice and dandy but the problem is when your basically out of stamina, you are still invincible. You can use this trick to never punch a single enemy and have everything kill themselves on you. I would see if its possible to fix this so that you only become invincible and reflect when your not tired out. Otherwise you can make this easy as hell to solo everything. Otherwise everything is promising and i like the "leveling" aspect with the enemies and all, makes it a good challenge.

Yeah right... You go, DrakeRider. That alone makes this too cool. :)

So long as they don't alert all the monsters, kill you, get lost, or fall in everything. That would just be too much like bad coop. ;)

I just love the RPG elements. I'm sure this will be awesome when it's finished!

They can't fall into pits unless pushed, because they're monsters, not bots, and they follow you unless fighting(but they can't jump or duck and crawl yet, any help with that?), and best of all, any monsters they alert, by the time you find them, the friends will probably have already killed them.

NovaDragon, I found that out too. I am trying to fix that in the first upgrade. How did you like the boss fight?

I had to say the bosses are pretty intense. I did like them alot although one thing is you can have your allies pretty much solo the bosses for you. This doesnt always work though considering they are smart and still go after you. I found out the hard way how brutal the chaos serpents are now as well. (one shot kills for the most part). Overall im very impressed and cant wait to see the major bug fix and more features incorporated into this! :)

Version 2 is finished!

New in Version 0.2:

Fixes: Friends now follow you anywhere
Parias and Daedilon friends now correct color
Stamina invulnerability bug fixed
Stamina weapons can still use primary attacks when overused
Quietus now has powered mode
Changes: Stamina refill benefit when eating *much* larger
Fatigue(Stamina Loss) now displayed in inventory bar for reference
Some deep water in Darkmire
Improved monster AI(Not in changelog.)
New Features: New support weapons: Torches and melee weapons for each class

I don't remember any other changes.

Not: I think that the save files 2 versions are incompatible w/ each other so far, due to AI changes.

Anyway, another problem.

if you get back to the home hub, you can't... really... get back to where you were.
If you go to W- Hall you can't go through the teleporter.

I meant the portal..

Well, just go to the 7 portals and use the home portal scroll, then go to the W. Halls and try to go through the portal.
Ya'll just walk through n bump your head now!

I've recently had fits with ZShare also. :x Needless to say, not my favorite hosting site.

:thumb: MediaFire good.

BTW Drake, you probably ought to put the updated download & feature list into the first post, just for convenience.

Playing in ZDoom... Several of the weapons seem broken. The Serpent Staff does not fire missiles, I hope this is unintetional?

Speaking of weapons being broken, if you hold down the fire button on any of the weapons (I think) most notably the fighter gauntlets you'll fire infinitely, with no wait times. So the secondary attacks become kinda, overpowered? I guess?
