Well, honestly I'm not sure, but was polite enough to assume it was. I spectated him to see how it worked, and it was something he turned on and off at certain times. I'm not going to go around shouting "CHEATER!" because I've not actually seen SR50 in action. It just seemed like the descriptions I've heard.

Quite simply, he could gain a sudden boost of speed at times, but only when he was making an attack run.

Really? What browser you using?

Edit: Someone suggested something rather simple to me which might make the Cyborg more usable. Give him a separate ammo type his jetpack. Have them both recharge when he stands still (fuel charge slower maybe?).

Bleh, that'd make him extremely irritating to fight as a ground-based class. As it is now, when someone uses all their fuel to get really high up, they have to wait a bit to blast you. With this change, they could fly their full distance and still have maximum ammo to keep you away until their fuel comes back.
An idea: Have only the plasma cannon recharge, and give him an inventory item (to avoid needing another weapon) that "converts" plasma into jet fuel. A 2:1, 4:3, or 5:3 rate would be good, I'd say. Of course, having to mash the button would get annoying, so it would probably be more like 20:10, 20:15, or 25:15.
I don't know how you'd get it to work, and it sounded better in my head, but I'm just trying to dispense ideas that can potentially be worked with, here. :P

That's odd. I use IE too and it doesn't freeze. It might be a system issue, but I can't be fully sure.

Cut what i find about cyborg is he is not as fun to play with as the other humans

Kinda like this...
Cyborg: :chainsaw2: Other humans: :instagib:

Mybe give him another attack? to give him more varaity like this: :railgun:

My idea mybe give him a bfg based attack (mybe a burst of 8-10 weak bfgballs (spalsh damage 3-5 and hit damage 8-9) although it might not apeal to some :BFG:

Or mybe give him a flamethrower? :flamethrower:

edit: sry for overusing smilies

I can't really understand what you are trying to say.. Being a cyborg is like chainsawing things? Is the cyborg supposed to be the one getting chainsawed? idk.

A cyborg with a railgun would be a bit ...bad, since the Hunter already has a railgun-like attack. It might make the human side a bit OP.

Also, a bfg style attack? Don't you mean shotgun style? A bfg would be kinda OP, since its impossible to dodge usually, and it kills with one hit.

Flamethrower? Might end up laggy. Otherwise, it would basically be a shorter range cyborg attack.

Careful with those smileys, people tend to take you less seriously when you use them.

What i ment was the cyborg has only one attack and a jetpack and i find one attack can make a class a little less apealing (i know people still chose him but this will probaly make him a bit more popular)

I know ghost buster has only one weapon but both it's fire and altfire are attacks.
Mybe give cyborg a new weapon?
Mybe like a plasma burst of 10 weak plasma balls for the cost of 5 plasma? and for it's altfire mybe it could be a flamethrower? Although i dont know how it would work online because it might be a bit too spamable. :(

Edit: I didn't read your comment properly mikk but it might not lag is you use the flame spirites from aow (not aow 2)
I hope so because i really wanna be a help with my sugestion :(

Edit 2: Cut when u update ew i would like these 2 changes (might as well say before i forget)
1. Remove the D_TTFTW replacement cus personly i think it's a bit... anoying. (and i think a few other people think so too) :blergh:
2. Can you make choke's bite draining because on the whole unless you're a pro... you are pretty much gonna get pwned (excluding bloodball firing camping) :sadno:
You dont have to make the drain too much just enough so after a choke has chomped a cyborg he isnt left with 10-30 health

Hmm... The topic has been inactive for an while.
I got a tiny suggestion though, if your ever going to update it anytime soon.

Now, hunters spamming ice on everything thats incoming and simply when they get a nearby easy close shot, is rather annoying. Its avoidable at close range as it takes a moment to spread, but people do it over and over not allowing for some classes to attack too well.

The suggestion is too simply give ice a bit more of an delay after being fired, heck, its the only instant kill weapon on the human side. It should have a vulnerable downside, no? Its kinda like Jitterskull then, good attacker, poor defender, rather huge target. It would give the hunter an weakness people can take oppertunity of.
Come to think of it, ice can be quite compared to Jitterskull, its fairly well ranged, very deadly and can instant kill, yet its being spammed at a faster rate i suppose. Hunters could still run away, though, makes it more fair i'd say.

Wonder if people would go fire arrow spamming then. Its a rather powerfull easy to use ranged tool with its explosion as well. A direct hit is highly powerfull as well, altrough i dont got an suggestion on that, other then also an delay. Would make lightning a quick precision weapon, ice and fire damaging slow weapons, hmm... but what to think of normal arrows, altrough nobody uses those. Ah, and gives creepers an gap to get to an fire arrow spamming hunter if he's stunned.
Power with an vulnerable delay, like Jitterskull, why not? Please do consider.

I may slow the ice arrows down. I tend to use fire more.

I'm a bit demotivated at the minute, mostly because I need to wait for both ZDoom and Skulltag bugs to be fixed. This applies to both projects I'm working on. After I've fixed a few things I probably won't have another beta, and just chuck the final up ready for play. It's also a bit of a demotivator when people simply release mods in hopes that it will "kill GVH". Sad... Remember when people made mods for fun?

Anyway I'm not sure what else I can add to this other than bug fixes.

One thing I may have to point out about the Hunter's fire is the lack of splash damage to himself...I've had times where I have come up with a Hunter about to Creeper rape his face, when suddenly he fires a fire arrow directly at the floor infront of him doing massive damage killing me and leaving him without a scratch. We are not talking rocket damage here but a hunter shouldn't be invunerable to the explosions of his fire arrows.
