Freedoom has added Plutonia pwad support in repos. Zdoom checks for certain lmps to determine iwad. There still is an empty lmp named FREEDOOM for identification.
Zdoom seems to check lumps before checking for FREEDOOM lmp. So in Iwad Query window Freedoom shows up as Plutonia.
Just a heads up before this causes confusion when next release comes around.

This is a different problem. From search I found Ultimate Freedoom iwad still being recognized as shareware.
