the camra shot of the main gate opening lasts too long. i almost quit this game because i thought it was not gonna revert back.

you must fix this and the entering text and the sounds the portal makes are really super annoying

I think you arrived quite late, but if I get to upload that thing in idgames, I'll update it.

It does need polishing. For example, try to shrink the size of the music lumps down enough without losing much quality. Also, suggest ditching patches and textures that you aren't planning on using in the map anymore. All those unused textures waste space.

For bitrate less than 128K, wma is a good candidate. I've tried converting the files in this mod, 12MB mp3 becomes 6.77MB wma, also saves quality.

As this mod, nice work!

vorbis. decreased to ~50 kbps it should be acceptable.

edit: Compare:
Original: 12.635.956 bytes
45kbps, 22050 hz: 5.004.468 bytes

and it's not unpleasant to listen to. unless you are HI-FI GOD.

I never thought of converting to OGG that music. Interesting idea.
EDIT: Right now I compressed the wad file. It's now 12 MB more or less. I still need to update the file in idgames, let's see how Ty Halderman solves this out.
