It was based off a Mod I made prior to that , although I do admit that the melodies were very Doom themed... which is what made it seem like a remix I suppose.
Heh, that's what I thought...there's a lot of parts in it that are very reminiscent of the theme from "Wormhole" (TNT MAP04).

Half-Life 2: Episode 2 takes forever to install from Steam, so that might be part of the problem - thing is though, I don't know why. None of the other ones took half as long, or were quite as big.

Can't say I'd blame anybody who cites that as a reason for leaving, but its a shame all the same - As I remember it, he's the only person aside from Belial who's ever told me their record time for one of my maps (7 seconds on MAP05 of Scourge, or something silly like that).

As for other missing persons - Geist's not really here (as he just said), Geedougg appears to have disappeared again, Q's said Bio isn't likely to return, Ni-Mi-Ni and Elmo both appear to be absent and I'm pretty sure Sir_Alien left for good for a reason that doesn't spring to mind.

Primarily so that he con concentrate on his coursework IIRC. Last time I heard from him (a while ago now) he was doing very well and he let me see a piece of his work (his first short movie).

@Qbasicar: What is that? I know it's something running in OS X... but what is it?

@Grubber: That probably ended right about the time I suddenly fount myself without a net connection... I was off line for a good year or so... it taught me that I can live without the internet :D. Now I find myself wanting to go on the internet much less these days... Most of the time I can't even be bothered to check my email!

@the fact that Bio left Zdoom for WOW: That's quite sad... I hate WOW... in fact I hate most MMORPG's... I'm old fashioned and like nothing more than the immersive single player experience :D.

Has anyone left in the time that I was away? It seems like most people are here :D.

I still can't get Zdoom to work though... it's looking quite negative (see my post in the bugs section)...
