"lowering" and "rising" water
i have seen this in both mm's, and i have been wondering how to do it...
Some slope/deep water constructs can be a little tricky to deal with. Remember, the play sector takes it's appearance from the control sector, so you can end up with invisible slopes if you don't do it right.
I've set up plenty of slopes above, below and half in half out of water on both floors and ceilings - and had sloping deep water, but I'm not sure if I have actually changed the water depth in any of those situations. As to exactly what you want to do - well, I simply don't know. Some stuff should be fairly easy, other stuff will be tricky, and I can imagine some stuff may not be possible. All depends exactly what you want to do.
