Yes, there is such a place called Arnold and it's about 3 miles from me... I live in Top Valley... which is (you guessed it) on top of a valley... it's not too far from Rise Park

... and in the Area is Bestwood... which is named after Gnell Gwyn or however you spell her name (The wife of Charles 2nd I beleive... Charly told her to ride around the area and that land would be hers... she named it the Bestwoods... funny that bestwood is full of shit heads, druggies and gangster wannabies now... in other words... it's an absolute shit hold!

Nottingham is about 5 miles from me... and it's actually a cool place... iyt's funny because i live in Nottinghamshire... technically Nottingham... so Arnold is in Nottingham and so is Top Valley and those other places. Nottingham is opritty pig... I guess it's about 50 miles square or something like that...

If you want funny names, on the other side of town, south, going towards Laughbara (damn, I can't remeber how to spell it) there is a small little village called Bunny... if you get an English road map, just browse through some of the names... there's some great laughs to be had

Oh, and I think Silent Hill 3 was released in europe before anywhere else... even Japan...

I'm also going to Germany on Wednesday... for a week. We are stopping in a niuce little town called Xantan and it's in the lower Rhined area... I think... I liked it last year, Germany seems like such a nice place... just a pitty I can't speak any languages... I struggle at getting English right! Nevermind anything else

Ah, U7... Such a game.

I never liked Batlin... Who does he think he is?
I like the plaque bit involving Lord British, and I like the UFO and the hoe of destruction.
I liked U8 too, and preferred its spells, but U7 is far more interactive.

The music is rather good (in my opinion) as well. And as for the magic carpet/ships/carriages....

Sorry, Zapit, they beat me to it. I will have eventually come to the Ultima series, but wouldn't have been able to put my finger on which part of the series it is.

Since this thread is full of random stuff, I think I will just say that a screenie of my map will grace the index page of http://doomworld.com this week, since it's in /newstuff and it obviously caught the editor's eye as being the juiciest of all. So, yay for me!

The second one down is a spoof of something on my brother's bio. The "Big Red Guy(tm)" is the guy who said the pagan line in u7.
The second to last is basically from something I did, so dont bother with it.

Well, holy crap. I have no idea, honestly. I never played the Ultima games, just read reviews. The only thing I can relate a Big Red Guy to is Dungeon Keeper
