The script will be excluded as soon as it is definitely finished. I am still doing little adjustments for it so I can't tell yet, but it will happen that's for sure

Torm, are you actually calling this pogostick? Cause it really has nothing to do with pogosticks (so far)

I nearly called it, too, until I played it. When you move the mouse fast enough, that's the effect that happens.BlazingPhoenix wrote:It is? I must be seeing things then..

Press + on the keyboard (not the numpad) a few times and wait a few seconds.
Torm, you really need to make a fool/idiot/noob-proof way of getting that message through cause I too had no idea what was going on

When you exit the map, could you make all players invulnerable after they freeze?
Code: Select all
SetActorProperty(0,ON,AProp_Invulnerable);

Whoa, some of the new things in MAP02 are pretty cool. That will bring a lot more life and a bit more variety into the mod.Tormentor667 wrote:And new version as well...

Mind you, as soon as you make something fool-proof, someone invents a better fool.

0.7 MAP02 Hmm... platformy... Definitely appropriate but not my taste. Very nicely done though.

Why don't you just remove it? Just add an SBarInfo lump with the contents "height 30;" so that no HOM will be generated.Tormentor667 wrote:Any idea what I could write there instead?Cutmanmike wrote:Torm, you really need to make a fool/idiot/noob-proof way of getting that message through cause I too had no idea what was going on
Also for anyone who still doesn't like the clumsy controlling scheme (well I haven't used the updates to the default since for some reason it wasn't rebinding correctly and so I couldn't turn around at all). Here's a new version of mine (I also removed the need to disable the standard HUD): http://blzut3.maniacsvault.net/Pogostic ... ls-v07.zip
Re: [Pogostick] Doom Platformer v0.7 online | Tutorial & News :)
Yeah, using SBARINFO would be even better.
I found the controls in 0.7 pretty good though.

Re: [Pogostick] Doom Platformer v0.7 online | Tutorial & News :)
Well, that doesn't work... how do I have to change this to make it work with my scripts? Since Worst has worked and revamped the most of the scripts, I am not able anymore to do simple additions like thatjimmy91 wrote:When you exit the map, could you make all players invulnerable after they freeze?Code: Select all
SetActorProperty(0,ON,AProp_Invulnerable);
