Seems you were just halfway there...Cutmanmike wrote:Edit: I managed to get a full shot of that fire sky but it seems that there's no way to loop it perfectly. Maybe it's just a REALLY LONG animation but I recorded at least 80 frames and it didn't seem any of them were identical.

great I was making a recompilation of doom depot psx doom music
for my own use but it is about 129 megs with a bitrate of 128 kbps
I dont know if I redo the stuff with a lower mp3 bitrate it will be about
65 megs with 64 kbps ,etc. I hope someone is still doing color map and stuff.
if it should normally run on skulltag good coop stuff it can be.
[edit] depend on what should be acceptable on wad size I there is already a wad but nevermind its already 48 megs

yeah I have make my own pk3 with psxultra.wad and music wad by
elbryan42 + those which miss in the wad its about 50 megs I have the idea of making a credits maps and titlemap like TUTNT to emulate title and credits.
Does somebody already working on this? please tell me to avoid waste of time.
[EDIT] If You agree I work on this Chris Neilson I want to do this for
self use first though

have you done a titlemap I mean are you working on titlemap?
or creditmap? I know its easy to get the titlepic does zdoom support video
because a Video of williams logo is in cd
If I say for personal use because I guess that everyone can get the music wad I really dont know if someone is really interested on my newbie work
they can do the stuff better than me I guess.
I already have psx doom and final doom so I can get this myself
It is a bit different in european release.
I dont what is curently working on by each one
-colormap
-sprite and graphic rip
-titlemap
-williams logo video

I did some colour lightning in map01, but it really doesn't look too good. I also had to convert the wad to "zdoom in hexen format" and enable all the items and monsters manually. They were missing flags. Also, I didn't bother with doors and such, which is why the "secret" lift never lowers etc. Does your high quality music wad replace the music in doom and doom2? If so It would be cool if you uploaded it somewhere. I would like to see a psxdoom TC see the light of the day sometime, but who knows...

How did you convert it? ZWADCONV.EXE should have taken care of most, if not all, of that for you.unknownna wrote:I also had to convert the wad to "zdoom in hexen format" and enable all the items and monsters manually.
