I have two Amityville horror-influenced ideas for ZDOOM.
1. An amityville 2\amityville 3 movie-based demon that shoots fire like an archville but easier to take down and will punch you if you get too close.
(If you have seen the Amityville 2 or Amityville 3 movie then you might know what i'm talking about. If not, then google "Amityville demon".)
2. A non-serious WAD of the area of the infamous Amityville horror house with the real-life murder scene(s) where the DeFeos were killed and a scene where you encounter the demon Jodie (demonic pig, glowing red eyes).
Any feedback would be great.
Thank you.

Welcome to the ZDoom forums.
I'm sure someone has the link to the official rules that they can show you, but I'll just point one thing out now.
This forum is full of people with a lot of creativity, both in coming up with ideas and executing them. This means that we are all really happy about creating neat new things for other people to admire.
But do keep in mind that we're all doing this for free. This means that our biggest incentives are the reward the work gives us, and the rather egotistic joy of having an idea and bringing it to fruition through our own work. This means that people like working on their own projects, and working with others towards a common goal, but the tricky thing is that for there to be a perceivable common goal all members of a project have to pitch in a substantial amount, so everyone can say that they've contributed in a meaningful and demonstrable way.
Which is all a really long-winded way of letting you know that what the creative, hard-working people here really don't like it when someone just comes in and says all these things and how great an idea they are, but don't actually do anything to further those ideas and expect someone here to be overawed by your proposal to the point of doing the work for you. Which means if you want to get something done, you'll have to do it yourself.
However! Most of us are more than happy to help you with any technical questions you have about modding for ZDoom. Getting the most basic aspects of Doom editing is something of a hurdle if you're completely new to it, but once you understand the basic structure of the things you find in a Doom wad it becomes much easier to learn by copying and looking things up in the wiki.
So with all that said, welcome to the forums, and enjoy your stay.

If you like those ideas, go ahead, and make them.

Amityville in DOOM!!!!
I might do just that UA. In fact, I think I'll experiment with DOOM editor tonight. Thank you for the suggestion.
PS. The Amityville Horror is based off a story that the Lutz family have claimed to happen. I just hope that I don't run into copyright infringement, or worse, get in trouble with the people of modern-day Amityville for bringing new light to the controversial town and PO the people that live over there.

Amityville in DOOM!!!!
You're right. Besides nowadays only a few people a year bother to drive to the amityville house and the only objection they get are getting honked at by the locals or even yelled at by the current owners who are fed up with the unwanted publicity if the visitor dares asks them anything about the house's infamous past.
