This will be amazing, and ST support would be a great idea, actually.

Use his tongue! (If he has one)

And he can just lean on the accelorator, and have the cart custom made to have the brake behind him, so he can lean back to slow down.

Or he could just forgo the kart entirely and just roll along the track.

Ooh, idea! He could roll along the ground with good speed but have an extra penalty when going off-road, or he could float along the ground with slower speed but no off-road penalty.
