a HOM bug is caused by unclosed sectors, basicly it looks like a twisted mirror, thus why its called the Hall of Mirrors, or HOM for shortPelle123 wrote:what is HOM bug how i can fix it?
close the sector and it should be fixed, this can be done by placing a vertex on the line next to where the HOM bug is showing up and dragging it on top of the corner, this usually fixes it for me
to anyone good with ACS scripting
now this is not finished yet but im trying to get Zippy's Rain effect to work on my map,
however ill be frank, i dont know jack shit about ACS scripting, so could someone take a look at this for me? and possibly fix or tell me how to fix it?
cause its slowing down a lot and it says it does not recognize the function or something like that

that too, but if he is running it in ZDoom then there is no way that would happen, because it has a texture that goes up when you forget to add one, and it's very visibleDoomguy0505 wrote:It's when there is a missing texture.

Yes, although I'm remaking the arch-vile.
Here's the plan
Health 1400
Damage Med-High--Limited Range
Attacks: 1) Wide spread resurrection (Can resurrect enemies in any area of the map) 2) Magma Blast (Limited Range, but strong)

Okay, I finished the archvile, although I took out the resurrect monsters anywhere in the level. Now It only resurrects monsters that are near the Arch-vile. These guys aren't really a threat unless you're fairly close to them.

@Dancso I'm letting you do map06. If you later wish to do any other maps, that is fine.
@hnsolo77 I fixed it for you. http://www.sendspace.com/file/31o615
