New DOOM Hud Portraits

I worked hard for a couple of days & came up with 2 new DOOM guy portrait wads.
And thought I'd made something special....Well for me maybe, But to my horror after completion a friend pointed out to me it looked like "NICK LACHEY"...shutter??!! he may be right. Oh well here it is if anyone wants them!

I don't like the one without helmet much. The one with the helmet is pretty good though.

The one without the helmet does not blend with Doom's art style. Yours is cartoony. It lacks shading. It needs more depth and detail.

I agree with Nash here, try to give the face more depth. Especially the hair needs some shading!
The one with the helmet looks much better though, good job.

Btw, not hijack your thread or something,
but here's a replacement for the face I made a while ago for a cancelled medival TC I had planned;

The helmet one is pretty good though.

Bwahahahaaa, the god-mode face without a helmet looks stoned.

And Vader's god mode face has a nice arrogant expression to it, nice work.

O.K. went back to the drawing board & I think made a fairly decent version of the original doom guy with helmet.

The Doomguy-with-helmet looks really awesome. Could you provide the helmet template so that we could apply it to any statusbar face (like the Freedoom face)?
