On second thought, I don't see any sense for monsters standing on the floor being affected by a moving ceiling. For floating monsters it's another matter but P_CeilingRaise really should leave all monsters standing on the floor and everything without the PASSMOBJ alone. I think that will greatly reduce the issues with the moving-sector code.

I couldn't fix that. Fortunately, fixing the first problem hides the second.
