p.s. try alt+enter and adjust your monitor, perhaps the monitor isn't config'd for 320x200 yet

Nixing the ZDoom.org site (states clearly at the top in large letters, somewhat incorrectly I might add, that 63a is the latest version), I accept all those as viable. doomeguy, Curunir, and all those offended, I apologise for what I said, and shall try harder next time to be more sensitive to others.

I think the simplest answer to the original question would be: "increase the resolution".

Not quite. I also experienced this video problem with v1.22 on XP. I guess OpenPTC is to blame. I found no solution to it. Tried to replace OpenPTC with DirectDraw, but I could not compile dobject.h with gcc in the first place.

Oh well, we've got v2.x to replace v1.22.

Of course it is. I haven't seen any libraries of that kind that work. All of them screw up sooner or later and I really don't understand why some people continue to use them.

Fortunately Randy did not. :)

I meant, the list is pathetic! How can it be that so many sites don't update their links now and then?

Doomworld's are ancient too.

1.22 is the most recent Linux Zdoom there, I believe.
