As some of you may have seen on DoomWorld, I've been making sprites for the melee weapons of HeXen with hands for other classes except the Mage. It's now ready for a proper release and thus a project. All four classes (Fighter, Cleric, Heretic, and Marine) now have all five weapons (Fist, Mace, Axe, Hammer, Quietus). There's a whole lot more that could be added, but the initial goal has been reached. The mage scratch attack previewed on DoomWorld is not included yet, as it is still being worked on; that's scheduled for a 1.1.something release. Note that Cleric and Heretic hands look identical, except Heretic doesn't have chainmail on the arms as the original sprite doesn't.

There are also two Berserk artefacts. Class BerserkFlask is similar to the purple health flask in that it's put in the inventory when picked up; when activated it works like Doom's berserk pack. The class BerserkVial is similar but gives only 50 health points and only lasts 5 minutes. Have a look through the PK3 ZScript lumps to get the class names and try them out.

Please look through the README file if you intend to play the PK3, instead of just ripping stuff from it, as there are some important notes.

It's official - the Mage now scratches demons like a feral cat* :D

Version 1.01 is now available. The Mage has a melee attack at last. There is also a docs subfolder with information generated from each class to aid people using them.
