How to manage the professional aspect of our Doom projects

Hi everyone,

When some of you have projects that are really taking off (like a super popular Total Conversion), how do you handle the more commercial aspect, or seriously present the impact of your mod to potential partners, or even get a little financial support? I imagine it's not always easy to compile download stats, YouTube Let's Play views, and Discord activity into a format that's easy to share. I've seen people use links that update themselves with the numbers, but I don't know if that's relevant in this context. Do you have any tips or tools you use to keep a clean and up-to-date press kit for your creations?
